On January 11th, 2024, all of 8th graders went to the auditorium during their history class for a short lesson on the Fifes and Drums. There were a select few that got picked and to give the lesson and demonstration, including: Lexi Jesmer, Anna Lippard, Chase Monroe, Joshua Cotton, Noah Heisey, Kaleb Kveragas, and Brice Matts. They talked about the history and practices of the Fifes and Drum during the 1700’s and around the Revolutionary War.

Team Jaguars recently conducted a lab during science class where they made s'mores! While enjoying this tasty hands-on experience, they discussed how three heat transfer methods are used in the process: conduction, convection, and radiation. |
