Mr. Lawson, history teacher on Team T, has taken segments of history and assigned his learners to tell a story. The students have chosen a genre, made a plot diagram, and taken off. They have modified a part of history, and turned it into an adventure. To enhance the “magic” of it, all the students are using legos to tell the tale. First, the students pick a background, that fits their story. Next, they build small buildings and props by hand. Finally, the learners select accessories from Mr. Lawson’s expansive selection to make an astounding photo. It seems that the story of history will continue to be told for years to come. The project below depicts the Epic of Gilgamesh, who was believed to be a King of Mesopotamia, around 2500 B.C.
